Tubble is a Certified web shop (it has the Dutch Webshop Keurmerk). The Webshop Keurmerk Foundation has been the branch organisation and the home shopping quality label of home shopping stores that offer their products and services primarily through the Internet. The Webshop Keurmerk Foundation is aimed at protecting the consumer against unsound web shops and/or home shopping stores. With over 2,800 affiliated web shops the Foundation is the largest recognised Quality Label in the Netherlands. The shops affiliated with the Dutch Webshop Keurmerk are under the independent supervision of the Foundation. The foundation in turn is affiliated with the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards (Stichting Geschillen Commissie).
Tubble is a Certified web shop and will do everything in its power to make you a happy customer. It is possible that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or about our services. We would appreciate it if you inform us of the matter so we will be able to come to a solution. If you have a complaint, please send an email to mail@tubble.com and mention if necessary, the products in question. Please phrase your complaint as clearly as possible so as to facilitate the processing of the complaint. Your complaint will be processed within one working day and you will subsequently receive a response as quickly as possible.

In the event you are not satisfied with the solution offered or how the complaint was dealt with, you are able to file a complaint with the Certified Webshop Foundation (www.keurmerk.info/home/klacht). If your complaint is still not dealt with satisfactorily you can direct your complaint to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards (www.sgc.nl)

We appreciate the trust you have put in us and for this reason we will treat your personal details with the utmost care. Your details will at all times be protected and treated confidentially according to the laws and regulations applicable at the time. Tubble will only use your details with your express permission. We will never sell your personal details to third parties and we will solely provide this information to third parties involved in carrying out your order. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obligated to guarantee the confidentiality of your personal details.

Undamaged products can be returned to us within 60 days. The shipping costs are for you own account. Return address:

Return shipments are the risk of the buyer. This entails that Tubble is not liable for return items getting damaged or lost. The following conditions apply to returning items:

– you can return the item within 60 days of receipt

– the item will only be accepted if it is in its original state and undamaged

– for hygiene reasons we can only accept unused baths to be returned (can be inflated)

– reimbursement is transferred (within 4 weeks) to the bank account number used for the purchase
